Vintage Box Official Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed and packed within 72 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 pm Adelaide time will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

For deliveries within Australia, estimated delivery is 5–11 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary by location or due to carrier delays, customs processing where applicable, peak periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For deliveries outside Australia, available delivery estimates are shown at checkout and vary by destination and shipping option.

3. Shipping Destinations and Options

We currently offer shipping to Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Available shipping options for your address will be shown at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs and Free Shipping

Shipping costs depend on your destination and selected shipping option and are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Orders of US$180 or more qualify for free shipping where the free-shipping option is available for the destination. If eligible, it will appear at checkout.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a confirmation with your tracking number and instructions for tracking your parcel.

6. Address Accuracy

Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We can’t guarantee delivery or prevent delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, contact us at it@itrabelsi.com. We’ll help you with the next steps.
