Vintage Box Official Returns and Refunds

About Our Vintage Items

Our collection features authentic vintage clothing, with many pieces approximately 20–30 years old. Each item is unique and may show signs of wear, occasional marks, or fading. Vintage sizing can also differ from modern sizing, and wear over time may affect fit.

Return Window and Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with its tags and original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email us at it@itrabelsi.com. Please wait for our authorization and return instructions before sending anything back. Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return instructions, including where to send the item. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its status. Approved returns are refunded as store credit, issued within 24 hours of approval.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at it@itrabelsi.com as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Items We Can’t Accept for Return

We can’t accept returns for sale items, gift cards, or Mystery Boxes.

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you can place a separate order for the item you want.
