Authentic Used Vintage! Hey Style pioneers! Our collection are certified classic—authentic vintage wear that's strutted the streets for 20-30 years. Each item carries its own unique story, showcasing signs of wear, occasional marks, and that irresistibly faded look that only decades can deliver. Plus, remember that vintage sizing has differed over the years, due to sizing changes, years of being loved & worn, meaning changes from wear, stretching, or shrinking may also be present.
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Vintage Box Official purchase! If, for any reason, you need to return an item, we've got you covered with our 14-day return policy. Here's how it works:
Eligibility Criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be unworn or unused, complete with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiate a Return: To start a return, simply reach out to us at hello@vintageboxofficial .com.au. We'll guide you through the process.
Return Process:Â If your return request is accepted, we'll provide you with all the necessary details, including where to send your package. Please note that you'll be responsible for covering the postage costs. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you'll receive a full refund in the form of store credit.
Important Note:Â Items sent back to us without prior return authorisation will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:Â We take quality seriously. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We'll promptly assess the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items: Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for sale items, gift cards, or mystery boxes.
Exchanges:Â Should you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure you get what you desire is to return the original item following the steps above. Once your return is approved, you can proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:Â Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. If approved, you'll automatically receive your store credit within 24 hours.
